Apple Muffins
Delicious and moist apple muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
- •(crumble)180g 黄油(冷冻30min)
- •270g面粉
- •170g糖
- •(muffin)270g 黄油(室温软化)
- •200g白糖
- •100g红糖
- •6个鸡蛋
- •30g酸奶油
- •150g奶油
- •180g牛奶 (如果不放奶油酸奶油,用350个牛奶)
- •600g面粉
- •5tsp泡打粉
- •(apple sauce)7 苹果
- •100g红糖
- •50g白糖
- •5g 肉桂
Instructions
- 1.(苹果酱)把苹果去皮切成小块
- 2.放入一点柠檬汁
- 3.加入肉桂,红糖,白糖,搅拌均匀
- 4.腌制一下,等出汤之后,把汤汁过滤出来,然后加⅓的苹果
- 5.上过,熬沸腾之后开小火漫漫的熬
- 6.把苹果将冷藏一会
- 7.(muffin 本体)把黄油软化,加入除了面粉以外所有的东西,搅拌均匀
- 8.把它加到面粉里,拌匀
- 9.(酥粒)加入黄油粒,面粉糖
- 10.把酥搓开
- 11.放冰箱冷藏
- 12.(做muffin)把剩余的苹果块放到muffin面糊里(不要放汤汁)
- 13.放到muffin盘里(夹心+酥粒)
- 14.425f考7分钟
- 15.350f再考15-20min
