Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • chives
  • 虾皮
  • Sesame oil
  • salt

Instructions

    Prepare the 馅:
    1. 1.Scramble the eggs
    2. 2.Cut up the chives to 3-5 mm
    3. 3.Put 虾皮 in water to wash
    4. 4.Add sesame oil and salt

    Prepare the 皮:
    1. 1.Mix hot water into the flour
    2. 2.柔 until texture is correct (this is going to be stickier than normal dumpling skin)
  3. 3.Mix the 馅 together
  4. 4.包韭菜盒子
  5. 5.Use oil to cook 韭菜盒子 on all sides, including thin bottom
