鸡蛋羹

A smooth and creamy Chinese egg pudding breakfast.

Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups of water (boiled water that has cooled down)
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of starch
  • Handful of 虾皮

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix all ingredients together
  2. 2.Steam for 7 minutes
  3. 3.Add 虾皮 onto egg mixture
  4. 4.Steam for another 5 minutes
