Ingredients
- •4 eggs
- •3 cups of water (boiled water that has cooled down)
- •1 tsp of salt
- •1 tsp of starch
- •Handful of 虾皮
Instructions
- 1.Mix all ingredients together
- 2.Steam for 7 minutes
- 3.Add 虾皮 onto egg mixture
- 4.Steam for another 5 minutes
