- •蒜
- •生抽
- •淀粉
- •蚝油
- •盐
- •白糖
- •食用油
Instructions
- 1.把西兰花切了
- 2.水开放一勺盐和食用油
- 3.焯烫一两分钟后捞出
- 4.另起锅把蒜末炒香
- 5.加一勺生抽,少许蚝油,盐,白糖
- 6.继续翻炒均匀
- 7.加入水淀粉,炒匀
- 8.倒入西兰花,让西兰花裹上蒜蓉汁
