驴打滚
A traditional Chinese snack made from glutinous rice flour and sweet fillings, rolled in soybean flour.

Ingredients
- •250g 糯米粉
- •50g 玉米淀粉
- •20g 糖
- •300g 温水
- •黄豆粉
- •红豆沙
Instructions
- 1.把糯米粉、玉米淀粉、糖、温水混到一起,搅拌均匀到细腻
- 2.倒入盖了东西的盘子里,抹平
- 3.蒸锅水开后,开火蒸20分钟,正好看中间没有白心就熟了
- 4.把黄豆粉炒熟
- 5.在板子上撒上油(防沾)
- 6.面团揉几轮,拉扯几下,能拉出薄膜即可
- 7.正反面撒上黄豆粉
- 8.擀面杖把面团擀成长方形
- 9.涂抹一层豆沙+水,卷起来,再撒上黄豆粉
- 10.(用线)切了即可使用
