抹茶麻薯曲奇

Ingredients
- •(mochi)水磨糯米粉60g
- •玉米淀粉20g
- •白砂糖25g
- •牛奶120g
- •黄油10g
- •(cookie)黄油75g
- •糖粉50g
- •常温全蛋液35g
- •常温淡牛奶35g
- •低筋面粉150g
- •抹茶粉8g
Instructions
- 1.(mochi)水磨糯米粉,玉米淀粉,白砂糖,牛奶搅匀
- 2.倒入不粘锅,加入黄油
- 3.开小火炒至抱团,整体变色
- 4.揉搓至光滑有弹性
- 5.(cookie)黄油软化,加糖拌匀
- 6.搅打至发白,体积膨胀
- 7.蛋液分两次加入搅匀
- 8.加入牛奶搅匀,完成后黄油霜蓬松有光泽
- 9.加入低筋面粉,抹茶粉,搅拌至无干粉
- 10.(baking)烤箱预热350F
- 11.麻薯曲奇都分成10份
- 12.一个曲奇面团包住一个麻薯团
- 13.放烤箱里烤10分钟后盖上锡纸
- 14.再考10-12分钟
