葱炒肥牛

Ingredients
- •肥牛600g
- •洋葱200g
- •花雕酒20g
- •酱油30g
- •老抽6g
- •香油10g
- •白胡椒粉0.5g
- •盐2g
- •蜂蜜15g/糖10g
- •白芝麻3g
- •洋葱200g
Instructions
- 1.把酱汁做了
- 2.把肉一层一层铺开,每一层都加酱汁
- 3.把葱花放在肉上
- 4.洋葱在锅里炒
- 5.把腌好的肉在锅了暴力翻炒,直到肥牛变色
