Ingredients

  • 3 chinese eggplants (alternatively use lotus root)
  • 1 box of 五花肉
  • 葱末
  • 五香粉
  • 生抽
  • 料酒
  • 淀粉
  • 胡椒粉
  • 一盒 tempura 粉

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix all the ingredients together
  2. 2.Cut up the eggplants
  3. 3.Put the meat inside the eggplant slices
  4. 4.Cover it with the tempura powder
  5. 5.Deep fry it
