Ingredients

  • 瘦肉(里脊)
  • 上海青菜
  • 生抽
  • 淀粉

Instructions

  1. 1.瘦肉切小块,加盐、生抽、食用油、淀粉抓匀
  2. 2.洗切上海青菜
  3. 3.蒜末爆香
  4. 4.倒入瘦肉炒至八分熟
  5. 5.倒入上海青,加点水淀粉翻炒均匀
