Ingredients

  • 肉末
  • 黄酱
  • 洋葱
  • 一个鸡蛋
  • 油(vegetable oil 或 avocado oil )

Instructions

  1. 1.将洋葱切成小丁
  2. 2.将一个鸡蛋打入碗中,加入一点盐搅匀
  3. 3.将油放入锅中烧热
  4. 4.将肉末及洋葱倒入油锅中,炒熟
  5. 5.将黄酱放入锅中,和肉末洋葱一起炒
